All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the 39ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 39ph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 39ph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

39ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 39ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
39ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 39ph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's operation or the information, content, or materials included therein.
39ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
39ph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 39ph cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own devices and login credentials.
You may close your 39ph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
39ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: you breach any provision of these Terms; we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or you fail to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 39ph Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
Nothing in this section shall limit 39ph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of 39ph's intellectual property rights or confidential information.
